As part of the HR Team, you are responsible for the development of our employees in the Central Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands). Together we generate strong employee engagement.

YOUR SKILLS
- Completed studies or other comparable qualifications.
- 3-5 years of professional experience from HR projects, Learning & Development, or similar.
- Courage for new things and pleasure in constant change.
- Good knowledge in creating learning journeys, adult learning and learning transfer.
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- An interest in digital learning tools and how to create digital learning content.
- Fluent in German and English as well as the willingness to travel within the Central Region.

- If you have experience from the retail industry or similar, that is a bonus.
YOUR TASKS
- In line with our credo "Never Stop Learning" you empower and inspire our employees to learn in line with the 70-20-10 model.
- Continuous optimization and further development of our HR concepts.
- Planning and implementation of PE measures, and evaluation aligned with learning objectives.
- You will be part of the global L&D Team to align, develop and implement global and regional L&D initiatives.
- Consult and advise leaders and employees in using a mix of learning tools, methods and mindset for developing a learning and performance culture.
- Close collaboration with our leaders, and with our stores and outlets.
- Collaboration with external interfaces such as universities and schools.
- Cost planning and control.
