DEIN TEAM

Als Teil unseres Wholesale-Teams in Düsseldorf, Zürich, München, Amsterdam und Holzwickede bist Du für die Orderabwicklung unserer B2B Kunden zuständig. Wir suchen einen Customer O. Specialist für 25 - 30 Stunden die Woche ab Dezember. Gemeinsam schafft ihr es unseren Kunden den besten Customer Service zu bieten.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position wünschenswert
  • Analytische Denkweise und Verständnis für ökonomische Zusammenhänge
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hands-on Mentalität

  • Warendisposition und -allokation
  • Order- und Rechnungserstellung
  • Bearbeitung von Nachbestellungen und Retouren
  • Monitoring und Reporting der Allokation und Belieferung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Account Managern
  • Unterstützung in allen anfallenden Aufgaben
